The various brands of pulp come in Softwood and Hardwood which are combined to make pulp as per the requirement of toilet paper and tissue paper. tissue paper mills commonly use Arauca, Husum Kraft, Billerud as Softwood and in Hardwood they use UPM FRB Euca, Celbi, TEL Acacia.

Depending on if its a white tissue paper they want to produce or color they use different dyes or OBA’s. If they want Red which is a standard color they will use a liquid dye from Cartasol, they come in different dyes and quantity depends on the amount of color tonnage has to be produced.

Other chemicals that are normally used by the tissue paper Mills to produce tissue paper grade, napkin grade, toilet roll or kitchen rolls depends on the wet strength, softness, bleaching agents, some of the chemicals are R E 8207, WS Resin Toscaresine, T C 9700, Rezosol 8289, Rezosol, Flocculant Magnalloc, Sulphamic Acid, Sulphuric Acid, Flake Caustic Soda, Petrol, Bleaching Powder.

Finally, the Jumbo roll that is produced using the above chemicals is shrink-wrapped and labeled with weight, core size, gsm, ply, and other important details when it is delivered to our warehouses.
